Terms of service
Effective July 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of AwesomeFlows, the browsable library, your account, the Pro subscription, and the MCP API. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.
01The service
AwesomeFlows (awesomeflows.com), operated by Awesome Flows of West Palm Beach, Florida, is a research library of e-commerce UX flows: screenshots and screen recordings of real, publicly accessible storefronts, refreshed on a schedule, plus an MCP server that lets AI tools query the library. The Free plan is browse-only; the Pro subscription unlocks downloads, exports, full capture history, and MCP access.
02Accounts
You sign in with a one-time email link, you are responsible for the security of that email inbox. Accounts are for a single person; team plans do not exist yet, so credentials and MCP access are not to be shared. You must be able to form a binding contract (in most places, 18 or older) to subscribe.
03Pro subscription, billing, and renewal
- Pro is sold as an annual or quarterly subscription. The price is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (yearly or quarterly, matching your plan) until you cancel. Your payment method is charged at renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; see the Privacy Policy for what we do store.
- If a renewal charge fails, Stripe retries; if it keeps failing, your account drops back to Free.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email, never mid-period.
04Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel any time from the billing portal (Account → Manage billing) or by emailing hello@awesomeflows.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep Pro until then, then drop to Free. We don't delete anything when you downgrade.
- First-time purchase not working out? Email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full.
- Renewal charges are not refunded once a new period has started, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
05Acceptable use
- Don't resell, redistribute, or republish the library or bulk-export captures for a competing product.
- Don't share your MCP access or use it to proxy the library to non-subscribers.
- Don't scrape the site or hammer the API beyond documented limits; we may rate-limit or suspend abusive access.
- Normal product work is exactly what it's for: internal research, mood boards, design reviews, and feeding your own AI tools.
06The captures and third-party brands
Captures depict publicly accessible pages of third-party storefronts. The trademarks, product images, and branding visible in them belong to their respective owners; AwesomeFlows is not affiliated with or endorsed by any captured store. Captures are provided for research and reference. You are responsible for how you use them in your own work.
07MCP and API access
Pro includes access to the AwesomeFlows MCP server. It is provided as-is, with rate limits we may tune over time to keep the service healthy. We may add, change, or remove MCP tools as the product evolves; material reductions in what Pro includes will be communicated by email.
08Availability and changes
We aim to keep AwesomeFlows up and current, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Capture refresh schedules and library contents change over time.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If we change these terms materially we'll update the effective date above and email account holders. Questions: hello@awesomeflows.com.
