Partner program terms

The AwesomeFlows partner program is run by Awesome Flows of West Palm Beach, Florida ("we"). You get a personal referral link. When someone who arrives through your link creates an AwesomeFlows account and later pays for a subscription, you earn a commission on what they pay, as described below.

• Anyone 18 or older with an AwesomeFlows account can join at the standard rate. We approve standard sign-ups automatically.
• We may invite some partners to a higher rate by written agreement. Higher rates are set only by us.
• We may decline or close any partner account, including for a breach of these terms.

• Your link sets a cookie in the visitor's browser for 60 days. If they click another partner's link before signing up, the most recent link gets the credit.
• A referral is credited when the visitor creates a new AwesomeFlows account while the cookie is present. Once credited, it stays with you; it can't move to another partner.
• Existing accounts can't be referred. Neither can you or anyone using your accounts, emails or payment methods.
• If cookies are blocked or cleared, we may not be able to credit a referral. Our records decide who referred whom.

• Customers and open partners: 20% of a referred customer's paid revenue. Everyone in these tiers earns only on the first 12 months of that revenue.
• Hand-picked partners: 30% of a referred customer's paid revenue, for the first 12 months, unless we agree a different window with that partner in writing.
• Callen: 50% of a referred customer's paid revenue, for 24 months. Callen is the only partner at 50%.
• The window starts on the referred customer's first paid invoice. A payment on the exact anniversary does not earn commission. Everyone except Callen earns only on the first 12 months. Callen earns for 24 months.
• Commission is figured on what the customer actually paid, after discounts, and minus sales tax and our card processing fees.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed, even if it was already paid to you; we take it off your next payout.
• The rate and window that apply to a referral are fixed when it is credited. If we change the program, existing referrals keep their terms.
• There is one level only: you don't earn on customers referred by people you referred.

• We total commissions monthly. Commission earned in one month becomes payable at the end of the following month, which leaves time for refunds.
• We pay once your payable balance is at least $25 (USD). Smaller balances carry forward. If you leave the program, we pay any remaining balance that isn't reversed.
• We pay in US dollars by bank transfer (US) or PayPal. You are responsible for any fees your bank or PayPal charges.
• Before your first payment you must give us a completed IRS Form W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN (others). We can hold payments until we have it.

You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent or partner in any legal sense. You are responsible for your own taxes. Where the law requires it, we will report payments to tax authorities (for example on Form 1099-NEC).

• Tell people honestly what AwesomeFlows does, and disclose that you earn a commission when you recommend it (for example under FTC endorsement rules).
• Don't send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, and follow anti-spam law such as CAN-SPAM.
• Don't bid on "AwesomeFlows" or similar terms in paid search, or run ads that look like they come from us.
• Don't make claims about features, pricing or discounts we don't offer, and don't post fake reviews.
• Don't refer yourself, create accounts to earn commission, or use cookie stuffing, bots or other tricks.

If you break these rules we may reverse the affected commissions, withhold unpaid balances and close your partner account.

We may change these terms or end the program with 30 days' notice by email. Changes don't reduce what you have already earned. You can leave at any time by emailing hello@awesomeflows.com.

The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions owed to you for the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
